Madness

I finished another sketchbook yesterday, so since everything else is on the school computers I'll post some pieces of it, mostly it's just my madness coming out in sketch form.

I notice a trend.

A lesson about eye direction, be careful while watching those flies:

Flies these days may come equipped with ray guns. Stay aware, stay safe.

It's times like these I wonder how I got into Sheridan Animation... and then I remember that I probably could draw if I wanted to; but I don't care when it comes to my sketchies.

I've found that some students get obsessed about what they show of their work and who sees it. But it's nice to just let loose and draw something completely crappy for the sake of weirdness. It's very relaxing.

And it gets the crazy out so when I do a project it doesn't turn into alien cheese monsters taking over the Bluenose and trying to use it to destroy all of Canada only to realize that most of Canada is inland and thus the bluenose is useless, not to mention that it's not actually equipped with heat-"seaking" missiles as I once believed as a child. And thus they'll have to take a sea-king and fly it into the parliment buildings.

Damn... I like that story... I need to re-write my storyboards.
